We can't take it anymore. Tony and Dez are getting hammered. The offensive line deserves blame, as they can't pass-protect or create running lanes. After 16 years, one playoff win and several coaches, Stephen Jones needs to bring everyone together with his father and have a much-needed intervention.

Jerry is a wonderful human being and loves the Dallas Cowboys, but he is addicted to thinking he is a GM, and Stephen has to help him get over that. We want to be winners again, and we know he does also.

Stephen, tell him he is a great owner and a marketing genius with what he has done with the franchise and the stadium, but being a GM is not his skill. During the intervention, tell him we all love him and are grateful for the three Super Bowls that we won, but times are different today, and the Cowboys are becoming the laughingstock of the NFL.
