h Cheers: To George and Mary Gonzales, volunteers who have cooked for other volunteers at the Main St. Fort Worth Arts Festival and other events. George passed in August. Many friendships formed around their cooking and hospitality. He had a servant's heart and you both will forever be in our hearts.

-- Keith and Kathy Robertson,

Fort Worth

i Jeers: To a white Jeep Wrangler's hit-and-run driver for taking the paint off our new car's bumper in the Granbury Square parking lot on Aug. 24.

-- D.G. Tidwell, Burleson

h Cheers: To the Star-Telegram and deliveryman Waymond Woodard for the timely delivery of my paper -- always on my porch, in good condition. Thanks for the good work!

-- Vernon Salzman, Fort Worth
