Correction

Not all schools in the 23 districts in the Texas High Performance Schools Consortium are taking part in the project. Only three of more than 30 schools in Irving are involved. Most Lewisville schools are participating, but some elementary and middle campuses and Flower Mound High School are not. Overall enrollment in the Irving district is more than 34,000, and Lewisville's is 50,000. Enrollments for those districts were incorrect in Monday's editorial.
