A 16th person has died in Dallas of West Nile virus, Dallas County health officials confirmed Monday.
The man was in his 40s and lived in the 75228 ZIP code, an area that stretches from just east of downtown to south of Loop 635.The man suffered with underlying health conditions and died in August, but a reporting time lag delayed his information from reaching health officials, said Zachary Thompson, director of Dallas County Health and Human Services.Have more to add?
