FORT WORTH -- A 40-year-old woman was sexually assaulted, beaten and dumped in a bar ditch along a rural road in far northwest Fort Worth, according to a television news report.
Patrol officers were dispatched to an assault call shortly before 1:30 a.m. in the 14200 block of Sendera Ranch Boulevard near the Tarrant-Wise-Denton County line, a police report stated.KDFW/Channel 4 reported that the victim, who was not identified, got into an argument with a man who attacked her when she walked away from him. A person saw the woman in the ditch and called for help.A MedStar official reported that the woman was in critical condition when she was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth.
