A 56-year-old Arlington man died Thursday after losing control of a Lincoln Navigator and striking a parked vehicle in south Arlington.
The driver, identified as Steve Hightower, was pronounced dead after being transported to the Medical Center of Arlington.The accident, reported about 9 a.m. Thursday, occurred as the Navigator was traveling southbound in the 4900 block of Osage Avenue. The vehicle went out of control and slammed into the parked Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was unoccupied.Arlington police, along with the Tarrant County medical examiner, are investigating the possibility that some sort of medical condition led to the crash.Bill Hanna, 817-390-7698Twitter: @fwhannaHave more to add?
