Dive teams recovered the body of a Corinth man Sunday morning in Lewisville Lake a day after he went missing during an accident, authorities said.

The Tarrant County medical examiner's office identified the victim as Michael Fowler, 50, of Corinth.

A ruling on his death was pending an autopsy.

Fowler went missing Saturday as he was being towed on an inner tube, authorities said. He was wearing a life vest, but it somehow came off, authorities said.

Two dive teams searched for Fowler Saturday and returned Sunday morning to resume the search.

Teams found Fowler's body near Westlake Park.
