At the Aquatics Centre: Dana Vollmer, who set a world record Sunday in the 100-meter butterfly, will swim in the morning prelims of the 4x200 freestyle relay, hoping to qualify for the final. There will be qualifying heats and semifinals for Michael Phelps in the 200 IM and Ryan Lochte in the 200 IM and 200m backstroke.

At ExCeL Exhibition Center: U.S. Olympic team flag bearer Mariel Zagunis competes for her third consecutive gold medal in the women's sabre.

At the Aquatics Centre: Former University of Texas diver Troy Dumais, a four-time Olympian, and Stanford freshman Kristian Ipsen pair up to compete for a gold medal in men's synchronized 3m springboard diving.

At the All England Club: For the first time since 1924, mixed doubles is on the Olympic program. Mike Bryan and Lisa Raymond (Wimbledon mixed doubles champs) and Bob Bryan and Liezel Huber are U.S. medal hopefuls.
