Texas Republican Party's platform represents what Americans want

I do know what is in my party's platform. It reads like nothing written in Ken Herman's opinion. (See: "Know what's in your party's platform?" Thursday) Most of it is for security and protection for Americans at home, at work, in school and during their free time to be with family and friends. His opinion is the same old liberal mantra. However, libs are trying to sound more like conservatives because they know that is what Americans want.
