The claim that Stephanie Klick is the true fiscal conservative in the Republican primary runoff election for Texas House District 91 stretches the bounds of believability.

A fiscal conservative prudently manages the finances of an organization. A fiscal conservative does not spend money indiscriminately and empty the organization's coffers.

Following Stephanie Klick's chairmanship of the Tarrant County Republican Party, the party was broke. It has taken a lot of hard work for the party to get back to the break-even point.

District 91 deserves better and will get better by electing Ken Sapp. North Richland Hills residents have benefited from the same property tax rate since 1993 thanks in part to Councilman Ken Sapp following his conservative fiscal principles.

With 25 years of experience managing corporate budgets and finance and six years on the council, Ken will bring that experience to Austin.
