Former Aledo High School star Johnathan Gray will have to clear space in his trophy case. Gray, a running back who will play for Texas this fall and led the Bearcats to three consecutive state titles, was named the Gatorade high school male overall athlete of the year Tuesday night at a special dinner in Los Angeles. Gray, who was already the national football player of the year, received the award from former winner Robert Griffin III. Gray will be recognized tonight at the ESPYS.
