I don't really believe in beauty rules. General guidelines are good; hard and fast rules not so much. (One exception: frosted pink lipstick. Leave it in the 80s where it belongs.)
So while I firmly believe in finding products that are cheap and chic, sometimes I stumble across something so marvelous that a splurge is in order.
Case in point: the latest lip treatment from Fresh. If summer had a color, it would be this delicate coral. It's not quite orange; it's not really pink. It's just a sun-kissed glow that will add an instant touch of pretty to whatever you're wearing. Whenever I dab some on, I think of mermaids and melon and push-up pops. And I love that you get color, softness and SPF 15 all rolled into one.
