A Sugarland teen found in a swimming pool in an Arlington residential neighborhood died at a Fort Worth hospital Wednesday night, authorities said Thursday.
The Tarrant County medical examiner's office identified the victim as Anthony Ikeme, 13, who was pronounced dead at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday.A ruling on his death will be issued after an autopsy.Arlington police say they believe Anthony's death was an accidental drowning.Arlington police and firefighters responded to a call at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 5000 block of Deerwood Park Drive in Arlington.Authorities did not release any other details.Domingo Ramirez Jr., 817-390-7763Twitter: @mingoramirezjr.Have more to add?
