Police are looking for a man suspected of robbing GameStop stores in as many as five cities.

On April 20, the suspect walked into the store at 3187 Denton Highway in Haltom City and shopped for about an hour before locking the door after all the customers left, according to Cpl. Joe Hackfeld, Haltom City police spokesman.

The suspect then took out a silver pistol and took an undetermined amount of cash and games from a store employee. He then ran away, a news release stated.

Police said they believe the suspect may also have been involved in GameStop robberies in Watauga, Roanoke, North Richland Hills and Hurst, the release stated.

GameStop is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect, the release said.

Anyone with information regarding this suspect or crime is asked to contact the Haltom City Police at 817-222-7000.
