The NFL Draft kicks off Thursday night in New York, and the draft boards are starting to settle a bit.
Here is Charean's final mock draft of 2012:
16. NY Jets – Chandler Jones, DE, Syracuse: The Jets need a pass-rusher after Aaron Maybin, who signed before the third game, led the team with six sacks. (Previous rank: None)MCT

17. Cincinnati – Stephon Gilmore, CB, South Carolina: He has risen up draft boards and could go to Jacksonville, if the rumors are true, or Carolina.
