Downtown Arlington has a new home decor boutique, owned by interior designer Jessica McIntyre. J. McIntyre HOME is stocked with new and vintage furniture, artwork and accessories, all artfully arranged to reflect McIntyre's fresh style. McIntyre, who honed her skills at Parsons The New School for Design in New York City and holds a master's degree in architectural lighting design, also uses the shop as a home base for her interior-design business. 300 E.
