The owner of the third-time "best of" winner, Lennie Segal, said that his business is all about the details that help his customers look their best. "There's a confidence that comes from buttoning a crisp, freshly pressed linen shirt, and a transformation that comes from buttoning an elegantly-tailored suit," he explained. "At Koalaty Cleaners, we believe that presentation matters."

"Since opening our first cleaners 12 years ago, we've prided ourselves on delivering the highest quality garment care and stellar customer service," he continued. "That commitment, combined with our environmentally-friendly process, our free pick-up and delivery, and our special services, make our customer's experience second to none."

In addition to standard dry cleaning, Koalaty's services include a high-end fluff-and-fold laundry service, bridal gown preservation, and leather and fur cleaning. Pick-up and delivery services are available in eight communities besides Keller, including Southlake, Westlake, Grapevine, and Las Colinas.

Segal has been in the business since the late 1990s, and during that time he's implemented a number of community programs sponsored by Koalaty Cleaners. The business is a member of the Keller, Southlake and Colleyville chambers of commerce; Koalaty also supports a number of groups through the Koalaty Cares program, which allows customers to designate a portion of their purchase to schools and community organizations.

"We believe in supporting the communities where we do business," said Segal.
