Sip back and enjoy the biggest night in Hollywood with a cocktail that represents one of the films nominated for Best Picture at this year’s Academy Awards.
The tutu inspired coconut rimmed glass and the movement of the chocolate syrup will have this decadent creation dancing in your mouth.
Black Swan Martini
1 1/2 oz chocolate flavored vodka
1/2 oz chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Crème liqueur
1 oz half and half
Chocolate syrup
Shredded coconut
Put chocolate syrup on plate and coat the rim of the martini glass. Dip chocolate rimmed glass in shredded coconut. Drizzle bottom of glass with chocolate syrup. Combine first four ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Drizzle a small amount of chocolate syrup on top of drink.

Pimm’s Cup (The King’s Speech)
A time honored tradition in England the Pimm’s Cup is a delightfully refreshing way to toast this year’s King.
1.5 oz Pimm’s No. 1 liqueur
3 oz chilled lemon-lime soda (7-up)
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice. Fill with lemon-lime soda. Pimm’s. Stir. Add sliced orange, mint, cucumber, strawberries, apples and lemon to enhance the fruity flavor. Garnish with cucumber.

The Rooster (True Grit)
At first this drink sounded terrible to me (I’m not a fan of whiskey). But after a few sips of this salty and sweet mix I felt like I had just bellied up to a bar in the old west.
1 1/2 oz Wild Turkey 101
1/2 ounce Goldshlager liqueur
4 ounces sarsaparilla or any root beer
Salted rim (provides the grit)
Combine first three ingredients in shaker with ice. Strain into glass filled with ice.
