The Fort Worth ISD is joining the 21st century by having grades available online. The systems is called Connects. They're training teachers now and it should be up and running for parents to be able to view grades and assignments online by the third six weeks - that's Nov. 15!
Friends whose children attend Arlington ISD and Castleberry ISD have had a system similar to this for years already. I think this will be so helpful, especially with elementary and middle schools. Those years are especially important to keep up with your kids assignments. It helps build a foundation of how they study and what kind of student they will be.
