A few years ago, Hard Candy was all the rage. The line was renowned for its irreverent, lighthearted take on makeup, featuring glittery, metallic nail polishes and eye shadows. Then poof - it disappeared from department stores.

Well, Hard Candy is back and better than ever. Wal-Mart (yes, Wal-Mart) is now carrying the cult classic. I scoured the aisles to give you a glimpse of what to add to your makeup bag.

Nail Polish ($5) is where Hard Candy really shines (pardon the pun). Beauty blogs have been buzzing with praise for Mr. Wrong, a lovely shade of glitter-flecked gunmetal gray with hints of purple and gold.

Date Night is a pretty, girly rose tint that is sweet yet sassy. Put some on and then paint the town pink!

I admit that I'm a fool for you, Walk the Line eyeliner ($6). Liquid eyeliner has always intimidated me but the thin brush makes it easy to apply. I flipped for the smoky purple Sugar Plum shade.

If you really want to glam it up, try the Heavy Metal Shadow Sticks ($6) or Glitteratzi Body Spray ($8).

Now go buy and try, and let me know what you like!
