Dallas boat show announces summer schedule

Six days of boating, education, family fishing events, wakeboard rail demonstrations and more than 800 boats on display are on tap at the 23rd annual Dallas Summer Boat Show set for two weekends in July at Dallas Market Hall.

The first weekend of the show will be July 18-20 and will focus on fishing and the outdoors, with live catfish fishing, casting contests, boat and water safety seminars and other family-oriented events.

The second weekend will be July 25-27. Wakeboarding and water sports will be featured with some of the top pro and local riders in the state expected to attend.

Show hours will be 3 p.m.-9 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sundays. Admission will be $8 for adults, $4 for children 13 and under and free for children ages 3 and under.
