Southlake, texas, Oct. 29, 2009: Watermere at Southlake, Southlake’s first and only master-planned development for homeowners aged 55-plus, is set to officially open the doors of its recently completed 35,000 square-foot clubhouse and condominium building with a grand opening celebration to be held on Nov. 14.

The members-only clubhouse represents the lifestyle residents of Watermere at Southlake enjoy with its dramatic beamed ceilings, multiple fireplaces, state-of-the-art fitness center and terraces for alfresco dining.
