Southlake, texas, Oct. 22, 2009: Watermere at Southlake, Southlake’s first and only master-planned development for homeowners aged 55-plus, is set to debut its three fine dining restaurants and officially open the doors of its recently completed 35,000 square-foot clubhouse and condominium building on Nov. 14.

Stone Bridge was designed to be the perfect place for a cocktail hour or light dinner with its extensive wine list, gourmet cheese plates, hand-tossed pizzas and hors d’oeuvres. The Riverbend Café offers residents a first-class lunch by taking traditional favorites such as fish and chips, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads and wraps, and using specialty gourmet ingredients to make each dish anything but traditional. Additional features of the 35,000 square-foot homeowners’ only clubhouse include the Aqua Springs Salon and Spa, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, on-site banking center, personal transportation services, and other amenities and services.
