Texas & Pacific Lofts | Downtown Fort Worth

Downtown Fort Worth’s most popular condo community is almost sold out. Texas & Pacific Lofts has only seven homes remaining and the developer is offering close-out pricing. If you want to make the move from renter to homeowner, this is the time to do it. Not only are prices and interest rates at their lowest, the 1st Time Homebuyer Tax Credit, which pays buyers $8000, ends Nov. 30.
"Buyers will not see incentives again, like these special close-out prices for fantastic condos, as the market improves," said Mary Margaret Davis, T&P Sales Manager.
Once-in-a-lifetime pricing mixed with the $8000 Home Buyer program is an unbeatable combination.
"Folks do not realize that the Federal $8000 tax credit is actually a check made out to the buyer. It’s not a loan. It is not something that buyers get when they do their taxes. It’s an actual check to you when your closing occurs and the title transfers," offers Mary Margaret.
The "1st Time Home Buyer" title has also been a little confusing. Buyers with rental property or a vacation home, where they haven’t lived as a main residence for the past three years, are eligible.
Program participation is easy: claim the tax credit on your federal income tax return. No pre-approval, other applications or forms are required. For all details, see www.irs.gov, www.federalhousingtaxcredit.com and consult a tax advisor.
Davis added, "T&P has incredible amenities: fitness and business centers, resistance pool, media room, pet-friendly, four courtyards, controlled access private parking and more."
The T&P Lofts are in a prime location because they are situated at the entryway to the new Lancaster Avenue redevelopment with shops, restaurants and parks.
The Texas & Pacific Lofts Sales Center is open daily at 221 Lancaster Ave. 817-877-4700 and www.TexasAndPacificLofts.com. CondoSmart Realty exclusively handles sales and marketing.
