With the first closing at Villa DeLeon, residents are starting to move in. Toby Simpson, lead concierge, is excited.
"I am all about service and I am thrilled to see the moving activity," said Simpson. "Residents here will be able to call on me to take care of their needs. In this building, every resident will be a celebrity."
With only 23 residences, indeed, every owner will be greeted by name. The owners may arrange to have food delivered, reservations made, dogs walked or dry-cleaning delivered. With such a pampered lifestyle, all the owners will have free time to enjoy the building’s amenities, including the work-out room and pool. In addition to the large pool and spa, there is a spacious community room, outdoor barbecue grills and access to the Trinity Trails.
"This is the only property like this in Fort Worth," said Jennifer McLarry. "It has the best floor plans with huge open kitchens, and the most incredible views in the city. I love it when people see this place for the first time, because they are just blown away. I will be here on Sunday, so come see what I mean and you’ll be amazed as well."
