Ebby Halliday, Realtors| September Top Producers

Marilyn Newton, sales manager of Arlington’s Ebby Halliday, Realtors office, takes pride in announcing the top producing associates for September, 2009. Linda Magazzine was the Top Producer in the group category with Kathy Lakatta receiving the Top Producer award for an individual agent. Onofre 'OC’ Chapa was the individual runner-up Top Producer for the month. All three of these agents produce at a high level month after month with great professionalism.

The Top Listing agent in the group category was Linda Magazine with eight new listings and Terry Newton received the Top Listing award for an individual agent listing seven properties. Billie Redden was recognized for the individual runner-up with six new listings.

" The sales associate, in the group category, that placed the most properties under contract for the month was Linda Magazzine. She pended 11 properties. Sandi Greene and Terry Newton tied in the individual category, each pending six properties.

"The sales associates that closed the largest number of properties for the month were Linda Magazzine with seven, Kathy Lakatta with six and Onofre 'OC’ Chapa and Patt Klemmer both closing five properties each.

The "Top 12" sales associates for the September were Linda Magazzine Group, Kathy Lakatta, Onofre 'OC’ Chapa, Dorothy Howard, Patt Klemmer, Dennis Stanley, Mary Prunty, Brandee Kelley Group, Lil Slankard, Laura Bumgarner, Billie Redden and Rekha McGee.
