RE/MAX Associates of Arlington | September Top Producers

Jody Kautz, broker/owner of RE/MAX Associates of Arlington, recently honored the company’s production leaders for the month of September. They were Grant Arlington, Clay Petsch, Steve Young, Lorie Bledsoe, Loretta Causey and Dan Stafford.

Grant Arlington excelled in September as the Top Individual Listing Associate with 10 new listings during the month. As an industry veteran, Arlington continues to be a leader within the company and within the community displaying professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Clay Petsch experienced phenomenal success and won the Top Individual Producer award. As a consistent member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, he provides excellent service and positive results for his clients and customers.

Steve Young and Lorie Bledsoe tied for the honor of Top Listing Team award for September. Their expertise extends from pre-owned home sales to foreclosed home sales, which is evidenced by the positive results they produce.

Loretta Causey once again captured the Top Team Producer award by surpassing goals and expectations. She has built a successful business model through personal referrals from past client, business associates, family and friends.

Dan Stafford’s Team captured the honor of Top Producing Team with approximately $2.5 million in closed sales volume for the month. This dynamic team is recognized as one of RE/MAX’s Top 10 Teams in Texas and the No. 1 team at RE/MAX Associates.

Jody Kautz Team displayed tremendous success as the Top Listing Team during September. Kautz recently expanded her expertise to include distress property sales by becoming a Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE) , a professional designation that is relevant to today’s real estate market.
